Information Needed to Begin

  • In order to start a genealogical research project, clients are asked to mail a precise explanation of the ancestor to be addressed. This includes names, dates, etc.

  • Plus, please submit all photocopies or summaries of the documents you have in regard to this ancestor with source information whenever possible. This saves time as to not to duplicate someone else’s work.

  • The material is reviewed. A decision will be made if the genealogical research can be performed for some studies such as those with Common Surnames, cannot be searched.

  • If a search cannot be done, you will be notified and your retainer fee will be returned. If a search can be done, you will then receive the below information.

Information Provided by Our Services

  • The report would include a written summary detailing the results of the research.

  • It would also include copies of the documents that were obtained throughout the research. Such copies could include of U.S. Federal Census Records, Vital Records, Birth Acts (i.e. Italian Genealogy), and any information that is available depending on the time period and the prevalence of records in the area of research.
  • A Pedigree Chart is completed as much as possible (*note: Pedigree Charts could list up to 63+ names).

  • Reports are written keeping you well informed about the progress of the research.

  • When the research is completed, all the documents and documentation will be well organized and simple to read.
